CHILD ABUSE AND NEGLECT PREVENTION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 250 of 1982
722.601 Short title.
Sec. 1.
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "child abuse and neglect prevention act".
History: 1982, Act 250, Imd. Eff.
