Act 22 of 1971


722.41 Blood donation by person 17 years of age or over; permission or authorization unnecessary.

Sec. 1.

A person 17 years of age or over may donate blood in a voluntary and noncompensatory blood program without the necessity of obtaining parental or guardian's permission or authorization.
