722.121a Notice of location of new and existing licensed child caring institutions or foster family group homes.

Sec. 11a.

The director of the department shall notify the clerk of the city, village, or township and the legislature of the location of new and existing licensed child caring institution or foster family group home within the boundaries of the cities, villages, and townships in this state. The notification for existing licensed organizations shall be given within 90 days after the effective date of this amendatory act and within 30 days after the licensing of a new organization.
