UNIFORM ENFORCEMENT OF FOREIGN JUDGMENTS ACT (EXCERPT)

691.1177 Enforcement action by judgment creditor.

Sec. 7.

A judgment creditor may bring an action to enforce his or her judgment instead of proceeding under this act.
