Act 236 of 1961 600.6043 Execution; where more than one levy. Sec. 6043. In case of levies made on more than 1 of the executions provided for in section 6005, sale shall only be made on 1 execution at a time, and under the direction of the plaintiff's attorney. No more sales of the property may be made than is necessary to satisfy the judgment.
