Act 236 of 1961 600.6011 Effect of order to stay proceedings on execution. Sec. 6011. When an execution has been issued, an order to stay proceedings thereon shall not prevent a levy on property by virtue of the execution, but shall only suspend a sale thereon until the decision of the proper court upon the matter.
