Act 236 of 1961 600.6007 Execution; precedence. Sec. 6007. If there are 1 or more executions or attachments issued against the same judgment debtor or his property, the execution or attachment first delivered for execution shall have preference; except that if there has been a levy and sale of any goods or chattels before a levy under the first execution or attachment, then such goods or chattels shall not be levied on by virtue of such first execution or attachment.
