Act 236 of 1961 600.5835 Accrual of claim; life insurance; presumption of death. Sec. 5835. In actions on life insurance contracts where the claim is based on the 7-year presumption of death, the claim accrues at the end of the 7 years, for the purpose of computing the running of the period of limitations.
