Act 236 of 1961 600.305 Administration of court; rules of practice. Sec. 305. The administration of the court of appeals shall be under the control of the supreme court. The court of appeals has authority to promulgate and amend general rules of practice and procedure before the court of appeals subject to the rule making powers of the supreme court.
