Act 146 of 1937 570.258 Lien not to preclude any other lawful remedy. Sec. 8. The provisions of this act shall not preclude anyone entitled to a lien hereunder from pursuing any other remedy given by law for the collection of the indebtedness for which a lien is hereby given.
