LIVING CARE DISCLOSURE ACT (EXCERPT)

554.836 Violation; penalty; conduct constituting crime under other statute.

Sec. 36.

A person who knowingly violates this act shall be fined not more than $10,000.00, or imprisoned for not more than 7 years, or both. This act shall not limit the power of the state to punish a person for conduct which constitutes a crime under any other statute.
