Act 345 of 1990 54.269 County surveyor as county representative for surveying projects. Sec. 9. The county surveyor in each county in this state shall be the county representative for all surveying projects approved by or initiated through the commission. In a county that does not have a county surveyor, a licensed surveyor shall be appointed and shall perform the duties described in this section.
