Act 345 of 1919 52.113 Coroners in counties over 250,000; disposition of fees, itemized statement. Sec. 3. All fees hereafter taxed and collected by said coroners or their deputies or clerks for them, shall be paid to the county treasurer on the last day of every month, and the same shall be for the use of such county and placed to the credit of the general fund. Such payment shall in all cases be accompanied by an itemized statement in writing of the coroner or his deputy of the services rendered and the fees collected and that the same is true in every particular, which statement shall be verified by the oath of the officer making the same that such statement is true.
