Act 218 of 1956 500.814 Certification of loss reserves. Sec. 814. The commissioner may require an insurer writing liability insurance, other than homeowners, farmowners, and commercial multiperil, to certify the loss reserves of the insurer by an actuary approved by the commissioner.
