Act 218 of 1956 500.6859 Adjustment or arbitration of losses; service of subpoenas; fees. Sec. 6859. Any subpoena may be served by a sheriff, constable or any other person, and it shall be served by delivering a copy of the subpoena, and by paying or tendering to him or her the same fees for traveling and 1 day's attendance as are allowed by law.
