Act 218 of 1956 500.6830 Directors and officers; election. Sec. 6830. A company hereafter organized under this chapter shall provide in its articles of incorporation that its directors shall be elected by its members and that its officers shall be elected by its board of directors. The secretary or manager of the company may or may not be a member of the board of directors or a member of the company.
