500.3545 Acquisition of obligations from another managed care entity.

Sec. 3545.

With the commissioner's prior approval, a health maintenance organization may acquire obligations from another managed care entity. The commissioner shall not grant prior approval unless the commissioner determines that the transaction will not jeopardize the health maintenance organization's financial security.
