Act 218 of 1956 500.2250 Binders or other contracts for temporary insurance; applicability. Sec. 2250. Binders or other contracts for temporary insurance shall be considered to include all of the terms and conditions of the policy for which application is made. This section does not apply to a life insurance policy.
