500.2248 Automobile insurance; delivery of policy to insured.

Sec. 2248.

No policy of insurance against fire, theft, property damage, collision, and/or liability in connection with automobile coverage shall be issued unless the policy, or an exact copy thereof, be delivered to the insured.
