Act 147 of 1901 50.101 County clerk; recording of bonds in civil cases. Sec. 1. That it shall be the duty of the county clerk in all cases where bonds or other obligations are filed in any civil case, either on the law or chancery side of the court, to record such bond or other obligation in a book in the office of such clerk to be kept for such purpose.
