491.1106 Violation as misdemeanor; penalty.

Sec. 1106.

A person who violates a provision of this act for which specific punishment is not provided under this act or any other law applicable to the violation, is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not less than $100.00 nor more than $500.00, or imprisonment for not more than 6 months, or both.
