Act 419 of 1919 460.60 Rights not conferred. Sec. 10. Nothing herein contained shall be deemed to confer upon any corporation, joint stock company, association or individuals any rights or privileges whatsoever of a determinate or of an indeterminate nature with respect to the use and enjoyment of franchises or the use and occupation of any street, highway or alley within the state.
