Act 3 of 1939 460.10aa Impairment of contractual rights under existing contract. Sec. 10aa. Nothing in this act impairs the contractual rights of electric utilities or customers under an existing contract that has been approved by the commission under section 11 of 1909 PA 300, MCL 462.11.
