Act 36 of 1917 46.141 Fairgrounds; appropriations by board of supervisors for improvements. Sec. 1. The board of supervisors in any county owning its own fair grounds is hereby authorized to make appropriations for the construction and maintenance of buildings, fences and driveways on said fair grounds.
