Act 48 of 1895 457.242 Board of directors. Sec. 2. The officers of the corporation shall be the grand high priest, grand king, grand scribe, grand treasurer and grand secretary, for the time being, and they shall constitute the board of directors of the corporation for the transaction of all business authorized by this act.
