Act 58 of 1915 456.204 Holding of land. Sec. 4. Such corporation shall have power to acquire by gift, devise or purchase, and hold in fee simple so much land as may be necessary and appropriate for its purposes: Provided, That no land thus held shall be in any way encumbered by such corporation.
