AN ACT to incorporate state and subordinate granges; and to impose certain duties on the department of commerce.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Section 453.1Granges; incorporation.
Section 453.2State granges; incorporators; articles of association, contents.
Section 453.3State granges; articles, proof of execution.
Section 453.4State grange; filing articles, certificate, and affidavit; body politic and corporate; powers; limitation on property.
Section 453.5State grange; officers, agents; rules, by-laws; business office.
Section 453.6State grange; articles, certified copy as evidence.
Section 453.7Subordinate granges; execution and acknowledgment of articles; filing articles and charter; body politic and corporate; powers; limitation on property; certified copy of articles and charter as evidence.
Section 453.8Subordinate granges; by-laws, rules; business office, location; capital stock.
Section 453.9Governing law.
