Act 162 of 1982 450.3032 Issuance of certificate of withdrawal; conditions; effect. Sec. 1032. Upon filing the application for withdrawal and payment of the filing fees prescribed by law, the administrator shall issue to the corporation a certificate of withdrawal, whereupon: (a) The authority of the corporation to conduct affairs in this state shall cease. (b) The authority of its resident agent in this state to accept service of process against the corporation is deemed revoked.
