450.2405 Shareholder or member participation in meeting by conference telephone or similar communications equipment; conditions; participation as presence in person at meeting.

Sec. 405.

A corporation may provide in its articles of incorporation or in its bylaws for a shareholder's or member's participation in a meeting of shareholders or members by a conference telephone or similar communications equipment by which all persons participating in the meeting may hear each other if all participants are advised of the communications equipment and the names of the participants in the conference are divulged to all participants. Participation in a meeting pursuant to this section constitutes presence in person at the meeting.
