Act 162 of 1982 450.2213 Assuming name that implies corporation is banking corporation, insurance or surety company, or trust company prohibited. Sec. 213. A corporation formed or existing under or subject to this act shall not assume a name which implies that it is a banking corporation, an insurance or surety company, or a trust company.
