Act 284 of 1972 450.1406a Electronic transmission as notice; consent. Sec. 406a. In addition to any other form of notice to a shareholder permitted by the articles of incorporation, the bylaws, or this chapter, any notice given to a shareholder by a form of electronic transmission to which the shareholder has consented is effective.
