Act 284 of 1972 450.1241 Registered office and resident agent required. Sec. 241. Each domestic corporation and each foreign corporation authorized to transact business in this state shall have and continuously maintain in this state both of the following: (a) A registered office which may be the same as its place of business. (b) A resident agent, which agent may be either an individual resident in this state whose business office or residence is identical with the registered office, a domestic corporation, or a foreign corporation authorized to transact business in this state and having a business office identical with the registered office.
