Act 284 of 1972 450.1108 Definitions; N to P. Sec. 108. (1) "Nonprofit corporation" or "domestic nonprofit corporation" means a nonprofit corporation subject to the nonprofit corporation act, Act No. 162 of the Public Acts of 1982, being sections 450.2101 to 450.3192 of the Michigan Compiled Laws. (2) "Person" means an individual, a partnership, a domestic or foreign corporation, or any other association, corporation, trust, or legal entity.
