Act 186 of 1989 45.591 Validity of bonds or notes. Sec. 11. A county or a public corporation, including the county, shall not contest the validity of bonds or notes issued by the county under this act or a contract that provides the security for the bonds or notes after the bonds or notes have been sold and delivered and the county has received the consideration for the bonds or notes.
