Act 231 of 1945 445.474 Commissioner of state police; forms. Sec. 4. The commissioner of the Michigan state police shall furnish forms for the taking of the fingerprints and the statement required under section 2 of this act. The statement shall show the name and address of the person from whom such property was received, and his place of employment, if any.
