432.221 Criminal history record investigation.

Sec. 21.

When the board is authorized or required by law to consider some aspect of criminal history record information for the purpose of carrying out its statutory powers and responsibilities, the board shall, in the form and manner required by the department of state police and the federal bureau of investigation, cause to be conducted a criminal history record investigation to obtain any information currently or subsequently contained in the files of the department of state police or the federal bureau of investigation. The department of state police shall provide all criminal record information requested by the board for any person who is an applicant for or a holder of a license.
