Initiated Law of 1996 432.219 Property subject to seizure, confiscation, destruction, or forfeiture. Sec. 19. Any equipment, gambling device, money, apparatus, material of gaming, proceeds, substituted proceeds, or real or personal property used, obtained, or received in violation of this act shall be subject to seizure, confiscation, destruction, or forfeiture.
