MICHIGAN GAMING CONTROL AND REVENUE ACT (EXCERPT)
Initiated Law of 1996


432.209b Televised simulcast horse races.

Sec. 9b.

(1) A person who holds a casino license shall not televise or allow any other person to televise simulcast horse races on the premises of the casino.

(2) As used in this section, "simulcast" means the live transmission of video and audio signals conveying a horse race held either in or outside of this state.
