Initiated Law of 1996 432.206a Application deficiency. Sec. 6a. (1) If in the review of an application submitted under this act the board identifies a deficiency that would require denial, the board shall notify the applicant and the city in writing of the deficiency. (2) The board shall provide the applicant a reasonable period of time to correct the deficiency.
