Act 176 of 1939 423.5 Employment relations commission; compensation and expenses of commissioners and employees. Sec. 5. A commissioner shall receive such compensation as is appropriated by the legislature. Commissioners and employees of the commission shall be entitled to actual and necessary traveling and other expenses incurred in the performance of duties under this act. The compensation and expenses of commissioners and employees of the commission shall be paid in accordance with the accounting laws of the state.
