Act 107 of 1941 41.350p Pledge of sales tax money by ordinance. Sec. 20p. To secure repayment of a loan authorized by section 20m, the township board may pledge, by ordinance as provided in sections 20q to 20s, all or any specified portion of sales tax money to be received by the township under sections 8 and 10 of article IX of the state constitution of 1963 during the period the loan remains outstanding.
