Act 107 of 1941 41.350l Contract with another township, city, or village for supplying water. Sec. 20l. The township board of a township may contract with another township or a city or village for the supplying of water to the township for fire protection and domestic purposes under terms and conditions agreed upon between the township board and the legislative body of the other municipality.
