Act 59 of 1921

AN ACT to relieve the county and state from the support of certain classes of aliens who are subject to deportation from the United States; making an appropriation therefor and providing penalties for the non-performance of duties under the provisions of this act.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Section 404.31Alien inmates of state, county, or private institution, or home for children; reports; list; order of deportation; release from institution or home; delivery to office holding warrant of deportation.
Section 404.32Institutional records; contents; blanks for recording.
Section 404.34Noncompliance with act; penalties.
