PUBLIC ASSISTANCE HOME REPAIR, WEATHERIZATION, AND SHUTOFF PROTECTION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 35 of 1984
400.1165 Conditional effective date.
Sec. 15.
This act shall not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 82nd Legislature are enacted into law:
(a) House Bill No. 4970.
(b) House Bill No. 4971.
(c) House Bill No. 4974.
(d) House Bill No. 4975.
(e) House Bill No. 4976.
