COMMISSION ON LEGISLATIVE APPORTIONMENT

Act 46 of 1963 (2nd Ex. Sess.)

AN ACT to provide for the organization and functions of the commission on legislative apportionment and the adoption of legislative apportionment and districting plans.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:
