Act 463 of 1996 4.261a Senate and house districts; violation of voting rights act of 1965 prohibited. Sec. 1a. Senate and house districts shall not violate section 2 of title I of the voting rights act of 1965, Public Law 89-110, 42 U.S.C. 1973.
