MICHIGAN SCHOOL FOR THE DEAF (EXCERPT)
Act 116 of 1893


393.59 School for deaf; board of trustees; report to governor; contents.

Sec. 9.

The board of trustees of said institution shall by the tenth day of September preceding the regular session of the legislature, make out and present to the governor a detailed statement of the operations of the institution for the 2 fiscal years closing on the thirtieth day of the preceding June, which shall include the report of the superintendent for the same period, and a report of the treasurer for all receipts and disbursements made during the same period, which report shall be furnished the state printer for publication by the fifteenth day of September of the year when made. That such report shall show at the time of making the same, in detail, the number and names of the superintendent, officers, teachers, and all other regular employes, and the salary or wages paid to each and what, if any, other emoluments are allowed, and to whom.
