389.2 Violation of Michigan election law applicable to petitions; penalties.

Sec. 2.

A petition under section 83 or 152, including the circulation and signing of the petition, is subject to the Michigan election law. A person who violates a provision of the Michigan election law applicable to a petition described in this section is subject to the penalties prescribed for that violation in the Michigan election law.
