Act 299 of 1974

AN ACT to promote the planning and development of educational programs for the gifted and/or academically talented; to create a state advisory commission on education for the gifted and/or academically talented and to prescribe its powers and duties; and to prescribe the powers and duties of certain state departments and agencies.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Section 388.1091Short title.
Section 388.1092Definitions.
Section 388.1093Advisory commission on education of the gifted and/or academically talented; creation; appointment and qualifications of members; ex officio member and chairman; director; compensation.
Section 388.1094Duties of commission; estimate of costs.
