AN ACT to provide for appropriating from the school aid fund to school districts pending the settlement of taxes paid under protest and held in escrow; to provide for recomputations and application for such aid.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Section 388.671School aid fund; appropriation.
Section 388.672School district taxes paid under protest; credit obtained by district lien; payment to school aid fund.
Section 388.673School aid for 1962, 1963, 1964; recomputation.
Section 388.674School aid; applications, reports.
